Gendje boteh carpet

Lovely old Caucasian Gendje floral boteh carpet. This type of pattern is also found further west in the Karabagh area. Condition, sometime in the past, it has been very skilfully reduced in length but good clean wool and even pile make this a very attractive small carpet, circa 1900. Size: 11.0 x 5′.11″ (3.35 x 1.80)
